Our mission is to find ambitious startups tackling the triple planetary crisis and to give them the foundations they need to change the world.
We can’t alter the past. But we can radically impact our future by helping founders fast-track their businesses that fix the planet’s biggest problems. We are startup accelerators, innovation experts and planet savers.
How we got here...
We are a home of people who want to think big, have fun, and want to make an impact on the world.
We are a startup accelerator, helping founders with bold ideas that protect and preserve the planet build the products, solutions and businesses the world wants and needs. Our in-house consultancy, Growth Studio Innovation, works with large organisations to create environments to innovate, and embed startup-collaboration within the fabric of their organisations.
We have spent years crafting the ingredients to help founders of new startups all the way up to C-Suites of the world’s biggest companies build the best foundation for a scalable business. And we’ve done it successfully.
But during lockdown, something changed. We decided we wanted to work on businesses that just seemed more important; those that wanted to fundamentally change and disrupt the markets they operate in; those who saw the potential in building ventures that fixed and protected the planet; and those whose ambitions were driven by both profit and purpose.
We’ve got big plans for the business, and the people we work with. Buckle up and jump in.
The pressure on the planet is at an all-time high. Never before has the impact of climate change been more visible, and a need for solutions more urgent.
But ‘necessity is the mother of invention’. And so, emerging from this global crisis are incredibly talented people; ambitious business founders with bold ideas that we believe, when scaled right, could fix our planet’s biggest problems. Their business success is our planet’s future.

For nearly a decade we have helped nearly 1,000 Seed to Series A startups commercialise their ideas and businesses through over 70 accelerator cohorts.
We help purpose-driven founders with intensive market validation, business model focus, go-to-market and scaling strategy, and of course, investor readiness, pitching and fundraising.
Growth Studio Innovation works closely with governments, investors, and large global organisations to partner startup innovators with corporate challenges, creating theme-specific startups accelerators, as well as helping businesses with their innovation strategies; from driving internal innovation cultures to tech scouting, from testing startup-led pilots to developing new business models.
