Meet the Team

Megan Gordon

Co-founder / Striā Lab

Meg Gordon is a skincare entrepreneur and co-founder of Stria Lab, born from her personal experience with postpartum stretch marks after her first pregnancy. As best friends and business partners, Meg and Madeline identified a gap in the market for evidence-based stretch mark solutions, leading them to develop TECA-powered formulations combined with accessible micro-needling technology. Having previously built successful businesses in the beauty space, Meg’s expertise has been instrumental in growing Stria Lab rapidly over two years to achieve a £600K run rate with 52% month-on-month growth and a 22% profit margin, winning 19 awards and earning endorsement from board-certified dermatologists while offering customers a science-led approach to body confidence.

Madeline Dickinson

Co-founder / Striā Lab

Madeline Dickinson is a skincare entrepreneur and co-founder of Striā Lab, driven by her own journey with pregnancy stretch marks to create clinically proven solutions backed by peer-reviewed science. Alongside best friend and business partner Meg, Madeline has championed evidence-based skincare by developing dual-action treatments that combine TECA-powered topical creams with at-home micro-needling technology, democratising professional dermatological treatments. Her commitment to real, proven results has grown Stria Lab into an award-winning brand achieving impressive 52% month-on-month growth, with hundreds of 5-star reviews and recent launch of a subscription model, helping women worldwide feel confident and supported through bodily changes without compromising on scientific rigor.

Problem we solve

Stretch marks affect up to 90% of people – yet there are no effective at-home solutions to truly treat them. Most are told they’re untreatable, which is a common misconception. Despite their prevalence, stretch marks remain one of skincare’s most overlooked and underresearched concerns, with few evidence-based options available.

Our solution

Striā Lab takes a science-led, dual-action approach targeting the breakdown of collagen and elastin – the root cause of stretch marks. Home to the cult Stretch Mark Repair Programme, we combine TECA-powered formulas with targeted microneedling for real, visible results.
