As one of three childhood friends who founded the company in 2020, Tare identified a gap in the market for sophisticated, fragrance-forward grooming products. Under his leadership, Beard Surgeon has achieved nearly £2.5 million in sales over three years and expanded to multiple retail locations including Westfield London, Westfield Stratford, and Manchester Arndale. Tare’s entrepreneurial drive and commitment to elevating male grooming through the art of perfumery has positioned Beard Surgeon as a standout brand in the competitive men’s grooming space.

Oje Ohonyan

Oje Ohonyan serves as CFO and Co-founder of Beard Surgeon, bringing financial acumen and strategic oversight to the fast-growing grooming brand. As one of the founding trio of childhood friends, Oje has been instrumental in building Beard Surgeon’s multi-channel business model spanning physical retail kiosks, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. Aby N’cho is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Beard Surgeon, playing a crucial role in the brand’s operational excellence and retail expansion. Alongside his childhood friends Tare and Oje, Aby co-created Beard Surgeon from a shared frustration with the lack of quality, premium-scented beard care products. His operational leadership has been vital in scaling the brand’s presence across six major retail locations and managing the complex logistics of multi-channel distribution through kiosks, pop-ups, TikTok Shop, and online platforms.
