The Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where no two days are the same. You’ll support our programmes, projects, events, marketing, content creation, and operations—ensuring everything runs smoothly and looks great while doing it.

Key responsibilities include:

🔹 Project & Programme Support – Assist in the delivery of our accelerator programmes and innovation projects, helping to coordinate operations, liaise with founders and partners, and keep everything on track.

🔹 Marketing & Content Creation – Write engaging blogs, case studies, and newsletters. Interview founders, craft compelling stories, and help showcase Growth Studio and our startups.

🔹 Event Coordination – Plan and support in-person and virtual events, from workshops to fireside chats. Handle logistics, manage guest lists, and ensure seamless execution.

🔹 Website & Digital – Maintain and update our website, optimise content for SEO, and keep our digital presence fresh and engaging.

🔹 Design & Branding – Use Canva to create high-impact visuals, marketing materials, event assets, and programme collateral.

🔹 Operations & Admin Support – Support the Growth Studio founders and programme managers, ensuring everything from travel arrangements to stakeholder communications is handled smoothly.

What You’ll Need

✅ 2-4 years’ experience in marketing, events, content creation, or project coordination (or a strong portfolio of relevant work).
✅ Experience with Canva (or similar design tools) and a strong visual eye is a must.
✅ A natural ability to write engaging content, from blogs to social media posts.
✅ A proactive mindset—this role is for a doer, not a follower.
✅ The confidence to liaise with startups, partners, and stakeholders.
✅ Experience using digital tools (Google Suite, Slack, Notion, Monday.com, CRM tools, etc.).
