As the UK’s official favourite beauty retailer¹, Boots is redefining what beauty retail looks like – making it more inclusive, more innovative, and more accessible than ever before.
Transforming Stores into Beauty Destinations
Boots has invested heavily in elevating its in-store experience, rapidly refurbishing key locations and modernising its estate to showcase the very best of beauty. Today, 180 stores feature premium beauty halls—immersive, high-impact spaces where customers can test, play, and discover. These environments fuse luxury with everyday accessibility, creating a beauty playground that inspires and delights.

The launch of Boots Beauty at Battersea Power Station was a bold statement of intent. Housing a curated collection of over 250 beauty brands, this flagship concept store offers a glimpse into the future of beauty retail, featuring exclusive services like the free NEXA skin scan. Following this is the recent announcement of Boots Fragrance boutique – opening autumn 2025, it’s a first-of-its-kind, immersive retail space showcasing over 400 luxury labels and niche scents.
In-store expertise remains a cornerstone of the Boots shopping experience. Customers are supported by Boots Beauty Specialists, No7 Beauty Advisors, and Boots Dermatology-trained Pharmacists—a unique team offering personalised, confidence-boosting advice across skincare, haircare, cosmetics and fragrance that continues to set Boots apart.
Unmatched Brand Range. Unrivalled Innovation.
Since January 2025, Boots has added over 30 new and trending brands, bringing its total beauty brand portfolio to over 500, available in-store and online. From cult favourites to viral newcomers, Boots offers something for every need, style, and budget, making it the most comprehensive beauty destination on the high street.
