Accelerating Brand Onboarding with Ignite

Brief:

Develop a scalable and streamlined “always-on” Ignite process to attract, onboard, and launch the most exciting “Boots-ready” high-growth brands, enabling rapid entry to market ahead of competitors.

Solution:

Over four months, Growth Studio worked hand-in-hand with Boots to create a comprehensive fast-track solution for brand identification, engagement, qualification, and onboarding. Our approach included:

  • Strategy & Process Mapping: Co-designed a critical path and always-on process blueprint for the Ignite programme, ensuring flexibility for continuous refinement during implementation.
  • Workshops & Consultations: Delivered two immersive strategy workshops and over 30 hours of deep-dive calls with 15+ Boots representatives, suppliers, and brands to refine onboarding processes.
  • Brand Onboarding Testing: Conducted one-to-one consultations with several brands to stress test and optimise the Ignite framework, informed by past onboarding learnings.
  • Asset Development: Produced branded assets using Canva, a user-friendly design tool, and created a “how to launch” guide to equip marketing teams for impactful brand launches.
