No, we do not take equity or charge any fees for participating in the SELECT programme. Instead, to align our interests with your success, we take a small Flexi-Warrant equivalent to approximately 2% of your business, depending on your starting valuation. This warrant can be exercised within five years, allowing us to share in the future growth of your startup without imposing immediate financial burdens.

During the Investor Readiness phase (Months 1 to 3), startups will receive intensive mentorship to refine their business models, propositions, go-to-market strategies, and pricing strategies. The MVP Development phase of SELECT (Months 7 to 9) is dedicated to creating a market-ready Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
